Returns

If you have a problem, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You have 30 calendar days to

return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused

and in the same condition that you received it. Opened products are not suitable for resale so

will not be eligible for return.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept

returns for: Custom or personalised orders, Perishable products (like food or flowers), Digital

downloads.

Your item must be returned to us in the original packaging. Your item needs to contain proof of

purchase so please include the delivery note in your package.

Cancellation

To cancel your order, contact us before your order has been dispatched. Please include your

name and order number in the subject line of your email so we can identify and cancel your

order in time.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your

return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's

policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping

costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted

from your refund.
